4 persone, un bagno su due fuori uso, per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno ( 3 notti). Ci hanno avvisato dell'inconveniente solo qualche ora prima del nostro check-in ( avvenuto a notte tarda). Per scusarsi, hanno proposto una struttura diversa, a circa 20 min di distanza da quella scelta, con la sfacciataggine di chiedere un sovrapprezzo di circa 80 sterline per notte, nonostante il disagio creato. Abbiamo rifiutato, e ci è stato garantito che il problema sarebbe stato risolto il giorno seguente. Nessuno è mai venuto per la manutenzione. Solo il pomeriggio prima della partenza, ci hanno scritto che non sarebbe stato possibile risolvere. Pessima organizzazione e customer service. Chiederemo un rimborso a Booking per il disservizio Funziona con self check-in, le cui istruzioni vengono mandate il giorno del previsto arrivo, via e-mail. Il manuale con i dettagli dell'appartamento sono da recuperare on-line. Stanze modeste e scarsa illuminazione. 2 rampe di scale, senza ascensore, dunque, se avete bagagli pesanti o voluminosi, fate attenzione. Unico aspetto positivo, posizione eccellente.
